The Reps

	Sherry Sherry Hogan has been with McFarlane Douglass for over 9 years. She started as one of the most dedicated service technicians we ever had. After several customers raving about her outstanding attention to detail and her dedicated relationship with her customers, we decided it was time for Sherry to start handling the management of our suburban accounts. She is well known for filling her car up with plants and doing what needs to get done in a pinch. Her charisma is contagious and she is always pleasant to work with.
	Pam Clients love working with Pam because her infectious enthusiasm and dedication makes things happen! Pam has a degree in Marketing of Textiles and Apparel from the University of Illinois. She further developed her eye for contemporary design and detail as a merchandise manager for Limited Express. In addition to design, Pam's expertise includes overseeing installations and service to ensure her clients receive the high standards of quality she prides herself on. Her clients value her pro-active approach and her timely responsiveness to their concerns. Pam's clients include the City of Chicago (interior / holiday), Marriott Hotels (interior / exterior).
	Sofia Sofia's focus on customer service makes her a valuable asset to her clients. With McFarlane Douglass since 2002, she is responsible for overseeing more than 100 accounts in the Chicago Loop. She maintains a regular schedule of account visits, helping clients address their needs from resolving immediate service concerns to recommending changes in design or plant selection. In her previous job she was Sales Manager of a $6.7 million business with 30+ employees. Clients appreciate her proven ability to get things done quickly and efficiently. Sofia's clients include Renaissance Hotel (interior / exterior / holiday).
	Lori With her finely honed professionalism, warmth and friendliness, all who work with her appreciate Lori. Lori has a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a focus on advertising and marketing. Before joining McFarlane Douglass in 2002, she was the leading account supervisor in a national advertising agency, where she demonstrated her talent for design, execution and customer service skills which she continues to employ successfully for her loyal horticultural services clients. Lori relishes the opportunity to build successful relationships with new clients who want the best.
